Coffee News provides FREE publicity for charitable events in our “What’s Happening Section”, but space is very limited.  Please write a description (Maximum of 50-75 words) including title of your event, description of event, time/date, location and contact info.

Bold the headline, keep it single spaced and please do not change font sizes or underline anything in the copy.

E-mail to:     WhatsHappening {at} coffeenewsOK(.)com

In the e-mail, make sure the headlines states which area you would prefer to be advertised in by choosing one of the following four options:

·         What’s Happening-Kelowna

·         What’s Happening Westbank/Peachland

·         What’s Happening Penticton

·         What’s Happening-Summerland

Submit Event exactly like the following example:

Subject: What’s Happening-Kelowna

·         Please submit your request at least 4 weeks prior to the date of your event (the earlier we get it, the better chance you will have of receiving the Free Publicity)

·         There are no Guarantees that your event will be published

·         Any e-mails with attachments will NOT be opened or submitted
